Up to what the author thinks he can do.

Some manuscripts werfe, but they were full of innacuracies, incomplete, or sometimes just badly written.

I used to. Used to.
But why take my word fo rit?
Have any of you asked Rick?

How many of you are actually going to work on something and come through? If you are not, and you are just sitting there and whinging about other people, I'd suggest you keep it to yourself. The best solution is for you to stop wasting time whinging online and write something.
