I hopefully never claimed that it was a full list :-) But missing out Gustbran completely wasn't good! My ST has a number of loose pages, his included :-(

So yes the Enchant is mainly to make the metal usable. I would guess that there would be various hero cults of Gustbran that would add to his Bronze forging to expand into rune metals of various sorts. So if you clan was full of Copper wielding warriors then your clan smith is likely to also have the Enchant Copper ritual. Other metals will need the hero to find someone who can work the appropriate Enchantments as well as a friendly smith.

Though I have the suspicion that access to metals other than bronze is supposed to be very rare. Thus there was no need to expand into the other metals. Anyway this is easily covered by having Gustbran hero-cults or sub-cults. Each specialising in a different metal, probably with 2 feats:
Purify [Metal] and Enchant [Metal]

Inginew is supposed to be Gustbran's son so it is entirely probably that he can be worshipped as a sub-cult of Gustbran just swap the Bronze Affinity for the Sword Enchantment Affinity
