James, I just reactivated your download link.

And for everyone else, I appear to have fixed the problem with the download email. It had far more to do with my inability to understand Plimus' complicated interface than it did with Plimus themselves.

The downloads should work fine now. If anyone still hasn't gotten their pdf, let me know and I will reactivate the link.

But for everyone buying pdfs from here on, the system should work just fine!
