Redalda thoughts

Similar to the way women progress through the aspects of Ernalda as they age, would some women join the Elmal/Redalda sub-cult when young, then later leave the Elmal part behind and become simply Redalda the Mother followers?

As the cult is set up right now, to do this they'd have to initially join Elmal, then later leave him and join Redalda. So I wonder if a more appropriate view would have Elmal as a sub-cult of Redalda for women. Unfortunately, the way that the cults and sub-cults work right now would suggest that she'd not be able to access the core Elmal affinities this way, which isn't quite right either.

Anyone have an idea for a work around that would let women move from one of these states to the other more smoothly?
