While I don't know the details of all of Issaries Inc.'s plans (which are subject to change anyway), I do know that work is moving ahead on 4 Lunar books. The web site lists the Imperial Lunar Handbook for Spring 2002, which IMO is sufficiently in the future that it doesn't make much sense to discuss it.
(BTW, the web site also lists the game rules as out of print! I'm sure stores still have it, but this must mean that they've sold out.)
