The background rules and books give the standard, core-type of things that
occur.
Exceptions abound, and these exceptions are the stories and events of the
Hero Wars.
Many "impossible things" occur in the Hero Wars, and those are the
provocations and motivations that give your characters the chance to become
key characters.
