Ernalda's actually a very good example as the priestesses present would probably include some Tarshites who can point to the way she has been integrated into the pantheon there. In the case of the male deities it might be trickier, although Barntar and the like are obviously OK. They might even rebuild shrines in a slightly different way. In Tarsh, for example, Durev is treated as a god in his own right rather than a subcult, so a shrine to Orlanth Allfather in his Durev aspect might end up simply as a Durev shrine...
