A quick look at the people I register my domains through (easyspace.com) gives these options (assuming 2 years is quite enough for now):
Sorry, the name 'whitewall.org' is not available. (a linked WHOIS says it's owned by some Australian I've never heard of)
whitewall.info 1 Year(s) (6.00 pa) 2 Year(s) (5.60 pa) whitewall.biz 1 Year(s) (5.60 pa) 2 Year(s) (5.60 pa) whitewall.cn 1 Year(s) (17.00 pa) 2 Year(s) (17.00 pa) whitewall.me.uk 2 Year(s) (3.00 pa) whitewall.tv 1 Year(s) (26.40 pa) 2 Year(s) (26.40 pa) whitewall.cc 1 Year(s) (25.00 pa) 2 Year(s) (25.00 pa) whitewall.org.uk 2 Year(s) (3.50 pa)
Looks like claiming Whitewall to be British is our cheapest option. .me.uk is a bit inappropriate, as it isn't a personal name, but .org.uk would work.
OTOH, I see nothing wrong with
with no added domain. Cheapest yet.
Or we could have a bit of fun looking for appropriate TLDs.

GL, for instance? Supposed to stand for Greenland, not Glorantha, but...
http://www.nic.gl/uk/index.htm
And the cost for a year?
199.00 DKK (Denmark Kroner) = 18.7004 GBP
Is it taken?
"Domainenavnet whitewall.gl er ikke registreret!!!"
Err... Googling for translator...
"Domainenavnet whitewall.gl aren't registered!!!"
Oh, good.
