They were cut from Anaxial for space reasons, but were subsequently
posted at the glorantha.com webste.
http://www.glorantha.com/products/samples/anaxial_extras.html has the
goodies. If there's anything that's still missing, I'll try and look
it up for you on my files, but I suspect that's the lot.
