Entity is the generic term, rulewise. Though of course the Sararites would probably refer to spirt gods, chaos gods and event Saint Gods; just as the Praxians might label Orlanth an enemy spirit, etc.

The chaos entities did not willingly participate in the netting, but they were bound into it by the process. That's the whole point of it. The dead living entities caught chaos and bound it into a compromise that everyone would survive with.

Thus even though they are chaotic, the entities are bound within many of the worldly laws: they can be killed (made to lose their physical embodiment), do not reproduce/enlarge themselves without limit, must use physical or magical means to interact with others, etc. etc.

Part of their problems is that they are chaos entities, but that they began inside the world and BECAME or OBTAINED chaotic power. Thus they are still imited by remnants of their former selves.
