For my part, I think that a chaotic feature can just be a link to the
rune of Chaos. One doesn't need to actually sprout a literal tentacle.
Imagine rolling a chaotic feature that gave you +1 POW in RQ. You'd
definitely be chaotic, but aside from Storm Bullies and others with
special chaos sensing power, who could tell?
