Well, that's a whole different question. If he knows (or suspects), and refuses to get treatment, then he's well on the way to Full-raving Chaotic.

Absolutely. And players are so *very* susceptible to the lure of Chaos. Just throw them a really k3wl superpower and see to what lengths they'll go to keep it :-)
