Something to remember about the Esvulari as well is that while their saints are misapplied worship, they do worship the invisible god, yes? (Admittedly, by non-Abiding book means, but I don't think that makes them wrong.) So wizardry schools not based on someone as a saint, but as founder of a school would work perfectly normally for Aeolians, yes? Thus they can have concentrated wizards of equal effectiveness and magi as well, if I understand what magi are supposed to be.
