Settlers were also from Maniria and Ralios, but the theyalan influences dominated/united them.

David Dunham has/had run a game set there, or which much action there, too; so be sure to cadge some information from him too!

The God Time association would have been with Heler, and sometimes on old maps this is called Helerela.
