To clarify: While RQ2 lists the Moon Rune under "elements", it's description states "Moon is the Sixth Element, though little accepted amongsnt her peers. Outside the Lunar Empire, she is has hardly any presence at all, though at all, though the Moon is sometimes considered a Condition Rune."
