I believe that they are combining all the system free stuff from Glorantha Second Age, adding revised character generation rules from the Glorantha Players Guide and adding a little more system free background information. If you're only wanting background info then you might be better off buying Glorantha Second Age as it's likely to be cheaper. I wouldn't swear to it though.
