At one time, as I recall, there was the idea that a very few Beings went back before the Otherworlds separated and therefore operated in each one. Chalana Arroy was one of those (maybe the only one left in Glorantha). Eurmal did something similar, but whether that was because he was a piece of an older Trickster or because he has no respect at all for the Rules, I do not remember.
