Rikard is an idealist sorcerer-warrior who fled the Castle Coast searching for
lost Malkonwal.

That's what happens at the start (as we say in French "Tout nouveau, tout
beau"). Then he shows his true colors. He tries to get esvulari libraries burnt,
to force total iconoclasm, etc. and makes such a nuisance of himself the nice
esvulari have to sell him to the lunars to enjoy some peace.
Who's the true Rikard ? Well, both of them are true. And false. Of course.
