Mark is spot on. A worshipper of the Orlanthi gods can gain one-use of another god's affinity as described in SKoH page 92. If a worshipper of Orlanth has an affinity with a rune other than Orlanth's, he might consider initiating into the mysteries of a cult with that rune as well.
