This is one of my tinfoil-hat-inspired gripes against HQ2...

IMO RP should be a variable number based on highest skill of each protagonist/antagonist, rather than one size fits all.

HQ2 uses a possibly outdated paradigm whereby antagonists are always equivalent in power to protagonists.
