Cookie cutter vampires live, so to speak, in the northern part of Shiyang province in Karlorela. It is unknown how many there are as they all look very similar, and most people that have seen them, end up dead.

Some scholars, exiled during the reign of Shang Hsa May-His Name-be-cursed, speculated that they were actually Red-Demons, as described in by a prophesy found in the Kingdom of Ignorance. These claims are now not accepted as the Red Demons are believed to be the Red Hair tribe - sometimes translated as Ginger Bred Men.
