One wouldn't have to do any graphics at the start and 100 people weren't all level designers. Also, game engine design is already done, so none of them would be needed. I expect 5-10 of us could manage something working occasionally on it over about the same time. The main thing would be to design the quests, side missions, get permission to use myths etc, use Gloranthan names for everything and re-shape the map. Colin has a contour map that could be used to generate the overview map. We'd definitely have to remove all the furries and make shadow cats available as sidekicks.

Then we could work changing the graphics bit-by-bit.

Perhaps this should become a separate thread in the Gloranthan Internet Gaming group?
