Concentration in Theism (or Animism, or Sorcery) isn't quite the same as Lunar concentration. When you concentrate in Theism, you get to "retain" any common magic listed as feats. These become active magical abilities, as noted on page 108. The Lunar Magic box specifically says that you *don't* get the benefits of concentration (which means not just the HP price break, but making them Active abilities as well) for the retained magic. This is a specific difference from the normal rules.

Ya gotta ask specific questions if you want specific answers ;-).

The devotee could keep the *one* ability given by his own god in the 7 Moms, but would have to give up the rest.
