According to Greg's earlier figures (available online here: http://www.etyries.com/journeys/tribes.htm) in 1610 11% of the population of Sartar was urban, rising to 13% by 1621. These figures exclude the Far Point, along with the duck and Telmori, but probably do include some Lunar settlers, especially in the 1621 figure.
