Didn't Tales of the Reaching Moon once publish a scenario in which Storm Bull worshippers could go on a Heroquest to learn how to go berserk?  
Though is there any good reason why there should be only one way to do this? For example, the courtship quest might be popular in Prax, but less so in Sartar or Heortland (Eiritha? Who is she?)  
Incidentally whilst my own private Glorantha would say that Storm Bull's power to go berserk comes from a different source from Zorak Zoran's, the author(s) of Cults of Prax might once have taken a different view -- as they listed Berserker as a runesepell the Storm Bul acquired through the associated cult of Zorak Zoran  
Can anyone shed any light on this?

I'd have linked it to his courtship of Eiritha, specifically to fighting off her other suitors. That would be the earliest time he really needed to go nuts. One of the suitors is often identified as Ragnaglar, though Praxian bullmen might disagree on that because their stories of the Devil are about Vrak Kargl Vozn. In any case, it might have been a case of escalation: the Bull won the cow by going berserk and the Goat got revenge by going chaotic.

The speculation on this list seems to say it's more likely linked to a rune or to some primal berserkerosityness. I don't see why that should be. Why are clouds fluffy? Because they are linked to the Fluff rune? Because they have a link to Primal Fluffiness? Nah. It's because of that time that Orlanth went hunting and . . . etc.

I suspect I'm in the minority on that opinion, though.
