I'm trying to understand what motivated the Waertagi to move humans around the lozenge and plant them in other parts of Glorantha - the Slontans and Seshnegi moved to Jrustela, the Brithini exiles to Fronela and Seshnela.
Were they doing it for payment or because the had obligations to the Brithini, or because they wanted/needed land based allies to supply them with things from the land that the sea couldn't supply?
