Would it be fair to say the following for the types peoples while on heroquests?

Theists must _be_ a role for the heroquest (or part thereof). The better they can emulate the role, the more they become the role and the more likely they are to succeed. During a quest, they think of themselves as the role.

Materialists must _know_ the "actions, statements, gifts, etc." of the heroquest. The more that they know, the more likely they are to succeed. During the quest, they think that they are using the knowledge of Zzabur / Hrestol / etc.

Spiritualists must _have_ the correct spirits / medicine bundles / tools to succeed on a quest. The more appropriate (and stronger) the spirits (etc.), the more likely they are to succeed. During the quest, they think that they have the signs and sigils of the appropriate great spirit.

When questers of different types quest together or when they meet each other, they will tend to interpret the actions of other types in their own terms. So an Orlanthi questor, who knows something of the Malkioni, meeting a Malkioni using the knowledge of Zzabur, will interpret the situation as Orlanth meets Zzabur.
