<nitpick>
The Ratuki are not hsunchen, their origin is quite different. They were once normal East Islanders from the island Tamanjary. When Tamanjary sank and its goddess Tomikaratra was killed, the surviving Tamanjaryans turned to their goddess' spouse, the shark (anti-)god Ratuk. In making that pact they gained the magic ability to shape change to sharks. They do not consider themselves sharks though, they know they don't have shark ancestry.
You can also become a Ratuki, by killing a Ratuki in single combat (and surviving attacks by his/her friends) and pledging yourself to Ratuk.

That said, using hsunchen stats is just fine!
