With vingan can choose the subcult of Vanganth?
I had read http://glorantha.temppeli.org/digest/gd10/2004.05/0571.html that not because there is Vinga Dar, but that seems to me rather different. (Both have powers on the wind but not the same one)
Or was this with Rigdsal?
