It's worth noting that the definition of the tula changed between Thunder Rebels and Sartar:Kingdom of Heroes. In TR it was all of the clan's lands, in S:KoH it becomes the clan's sacred spaces. The wyter has awareness on the tula, but not the whole of the clan's lands.

So yes, the space the wyter understands is non-contiguous. But no the wyter is not clan-radar able to spot all intruders on clan lands etc. If you sneak into Red Cow lands to steal someone's cattle the wyter will not warn anyone - the Red Cow need to rely on patrols and the short call; if you sneak in to rob their holy shrine at Grave Hill it will certainly warn the chieftain.

Of course, this is modified by whatever magic the wyter has. TIf the clan wyter gives magic to sense trolls and it's likely going to be uneasy whenever trolls threaten the clan's lands, not just the sacred spaces - because its a unique ability it has to protect your people.
