Well, yes there is actually - you have to rewrite all the bits in any adventures you buy where it says:

The bad guy is guarded by 40 elite Humakti thanes.

After the PCs deal with these, ...

D&D has this problem - by the time you split things up by gameworld and level, TSR can publish twenty scenarios a year, only one or two of which are useful to any given GM.

HW cannot afford to do this.
