Orlanth made amends, and (according to Oranthi myth) saved the world. If an Orlanthi fails to make amends for a wrongdoing on a heroquest, then the victim might (through careful preparation) be able to make them take consequences for not behaving like their god. This could be used as a trap for arrogant Orlanthi questers, who might not even realise that they have been tricked into doing wrong.
