When we planned original Demo games in Wayland's Forge, Birmingham, Nick provided food and organisation while I ran the game for him and Guy (being the only one in the GTA, and thus the only one with any access to the rules and scenarios prior to publication) so it might work.... although I suspect you would have to add "Starving" and "Emaciated" keywords as I doubt the market is that big...
