Not only does it not sound like a problem, it sounds like how it's meant to work (or at least how I thought it was meant to work, at any rate). Your Keyword contains all the abilities that someone of that Profession/culture/religion/whatever would be expected to have. The abilities listed in the Rulebook are examples, not necessarily exhaustive lists, and are particularly useful where players and/or GM's do not necessarily have a clear idea of what abilites a Teshnos Noble (for example) might have.
