I suspect this point has been made clearly enough, but just in case,
my understanding from II is that they are keen to see material and at
least have first refusal (please check the notes from Greg on what
and what not to send unsolicited elsewhere). So if you are frustrated
at not having an outlet for your creativity I suggest investigating
as to whether II is interested either on the web site or in
publication.
