I knew this was reminding me of something. Guy, or any of the other Swords players, do you remember the last battle on the Cradle? Basically us commanding the defence aided by assorted Orlanthi riff-raff, v the Lunars and their infinite supply of troops plus Watchdog. The third "timer" element was how long before Garrath got below and reactivated the Cradle defences. I can't now remember quite how Guy worked it in terms of rules.
