Absolutely. HQ is up front about being a 'toolkit' game, so there is explicit 'permission' to make of it what you will.

If it looks too contentious, or not especially helpful, then I'll hide it on my blog! :) If it is useful then maybe somewhere more prominent. Much will depend on what we actually get in the finished game and whether I think it adds something and is positive. It will only be my own attempt to make sense of the new HeroQuest rules and how I can take the best from the games development history to make the HQ that I want at my table. To one degree or another we will all be making these decisions.
