This I don't like - it's still crazy tampering with another's mind. Something like befuddle would work better, in my opinion - obscuring the knowledge of who's your friend and who's your foe.

Related to the lawspeaker duty of LM, we can have subcults like LM the Executioner, LM the Jailer, LM the Riot Cop... ;)
