Thanks for all comments - they have reinforced the thoughts I already had on this subject.

The reason for this enquiry was that in my story there will be a Humakt temple on the border between Dragon Pass and Prax where Iron Man had mustered his army and left his supply train. This will feature the worhip of Iron Man as a Hero cult. (I did not think he was quite worthy of a full sub-cult option after much consideration but I am open to persuasion).

I see Iron Man as having been a devotee of both Efrodar Blackhands and Hu the Sword (so the temple will have access to both?). This covers his military background and combat in the Tourney Altar.

His hero Cult would have two feats as I see it: 1. Combat Spirit
2. Fight for Truth - something along the lines of trial by combat, the winner proving the truth of his argument (in some way more profound that just "I defeated you so I am right")- though I'm not sure about this one.

The cult has a strange relationship with the nomads - fighting them because they are not us - but accepting them into the cult if they are persuaded that this is true.
In addition any members of the cult would have to succesfully fight at Tourney Altar.

I would be grateful for any comments, suggestions, further deliberations.
Thanks in advance
Jon
