Being german and not familiar with all details of the english language, I'd like to ask if somebody can help me with the meaning of the word 'GALLT', which is often referred to when talking about Far Point's vegetation. I tried to look it up in various dictionaries [including the Oxford ALDoCE] but didn't find a single entry.
A description would be great, a translation even better!
