Actually, this all brings up something I'm curious about. There seems
to be in Central Generetela an Earth Pantheon, a Storm Pantheon, and a
Sky/Sun Pantheon. There also appears to be some amount of overlap. So
are these in some way a super pantheon (after all, both the Yelm
worshippers and the Orlanth worshippers agree that Yelm is the sun and
Orlanth is the air and that the latter killed the former) that is
interpreted differently depending on the myths of the culture, or are
they very separate?
Does the Earth Mother of one get acknowledged as the same entity as
the earth mother of another (even if in the Earth Pantheon she is
ruler of all the gods and in the Solar pantheon she is not?) or what?
I can't recall the name for that now, but you would see it in the
ancient world where someone would identify some new god as actually
just another name for some god they already know, etc. etc.
