IMO the affinity for the main cult is Madness and Revenge (with the feats as per the Rufelzan Cult in HW:RiG p85). Seven Mothers initiates also have another affinity corresponding to their mother. For an initiate of Yanafal of the Seven Mothers, this would be Combat (with feats as per HW:RiG p89), for an initiate of Irripi of the Seven Mothers, this would be Literacy (with feats as per HW:RiG p78). Other mothers would teach their own affinities, although I must confess I don't know how to handle Jakaleel witches.
The secret of the cult is the Rufelzan Chaos Affinity with feats as per HW:RiG p85.
This would cover the majority of initiates in the provinicial church.
