Ratuki and Tsaknth

Its my turn to narrate our Men of the Sea campaign and I have a few questions.

Do the Ratuki pirates worship Tsankth
(http://www.glorantha.com/library/prosopaedia/t.html#tsankth). It seems to fit but Men of the Sea could be read as there being both Ratuki shark-hsunchen and seperate Tsankth worshipping pirates.

Anyone know if these guys are the same.
