Yes to both.
Although of course the classification of demons would vary considerably dependent upon who is doing the classification. One group might classify them by what spell to use against them, another by whether they have horns or not, etc. all of which is utterly separate from our external classification.

Some.
But the mixed nature of the Underworld doesn't mean that the denizens are mixed. That's the moon! It means that beings of all magical types live there.
Some philosophies use this fact as "proof" that the Unde3rworld is the origin o Glorantha.

I don't think this is meaningful, as all demons will have some kind of association.
