It's far, far more than one heroquest. The Lunars have spent years setting this up. Systematic suppression of rites since the fall of Boldhome. Assassination and persecution of any goddar. Relentless interference with heroquests and numerous excursions to bolster their own myths at the expense of the Orlanthi.
