By whom has this been suggested? It's certainly not one that I recognize as having been uttered in the thread and it's wrong AFAIK. The ideals of Humakt as written in the Storm Tribe writeup are the same as for the other aspects of Humakt (if any) because they are necessary for the Humakti to understand their god.
