Okay, this single ability got me thinking. If you have BlasTech DL-44 and do some customizing to it I get changing the ability to Customized BlasTech DL-44, but if the effect is more than fine tuning does the ability become a Keyword? And, is it fair to charge 1 HP for the change?

In example,

     Customized BlasTech DL-44 2W1
the Customized BlasTech DL-44 has long range features added to it. Is it fair to change it to a Keyword for 1 HP and it looks like this now:

     Customized BlasTech DL-44  2W1
             Long Range                    13

This makes sense to me, what do you guys think?
